Founder's note
The idea behind incorporating this company was conceived by Ms. Asmita Rawat, one of its co-founders. An MBA graduate and former banker with over 10 years of experience in the finance sector, Ms. Rawat was inspired by her personal journey of caregiving for her ailing father. During this time, she observed the significant discomfort and anxiety patients endure during medical treatments, as well as the logistical and operational challenges faced by caregivers and attendants during pre- and post-hospitalization periods. Despite losing her father during his treatment, she resolved to address these challenges and create a support system for both patients and their attendants. To bring this vision to life, she partnered with Mr. Manish Dhyani, the company's other co-founder.
Mr. Manish Dhyani, the other co-founder of the company, is a chartered accountant by profession. He shares a deep empathy for the challenges faced by patients and their caregivers, stemming from his personal experience of losing his father to cancer in 2005. During his father's treatment, he had to relocate to another city, where he encountered various difficulties, including finding the right hospital, doctor, and medical care, as well as arranging accommodations and managing other logistics. Despite being in his home country, he wished for a reliable support system to assist him during this challenging time.
Inspired by these experiences, both founders decided to dedicate their efforts to guiding millions of clients by offering services focused on cost-effectiveness, safety, comfort, and quality treatment across both global and domestic boundaries.
